Registering your warranty online is imperative to gain access to the full three year trolley and battery warranty.

To find your trolley serial number:

Flip the trolley upside down. On the rear part of the frame there is a small barcode sticker.

The trolley serial number will begin with the letter TPB

Your DUNLOP SPORT product has a strict statutory 12 month manufacturers warranty from date of purchase.

To take advantage of the extended warranty (an extra two years) offered by Wizza Ltd on trolleys and batteries, it is important to register your product here within 30 days of purchase*

Wizza Ltd and not your retailer offer warranty for year 2 and 3*

Dunlop electric golf trolleys and batteries are a ‘non-return to store’ product.

In the unlikely event of your product developing a problem or you just require assistance, please call our customer service team on: 01753 857 838

It is important to keep the trolley packaging for transportation in case of maintenance or ‘return to service center’ warranty issues.

It will be required and will save you time and money.

If your product is returned under a warranty claim with a non-warranty issue, non-refundable shipping charges will apply.

Making a warranty claim during the first year of trolley ownership:

Firstly – Call the Dunlop National Service Centre on 01753 851 716 for help and advice.

If your product has to be returned to our national service center under warranty, our courier service can be used to have the trolley collected from your desired UK Mainland address.

Dunlop Service Centre Product Collection Delivery Service

Upon purchase of the collection/delivery facility, a member of our logistics team will contact you to arrange collection/delivery of your product on a convenient day between Monday and Friday, excluding Bank and Christmas holidays.

Please make sure that your product is appropriately packaged and ready for collection before purchasing the Dunlop Service Centre Product Collection Delivery Service

Your purchase is warranted against manufacturing defects and the extended warranty offered does not affect your statutory rights **

The standard collection and delivery charge paid will be refunded if a manufacturers fault is found within warranty terms and is within six months of purchase.

Making a warranty claim during year 2 and 3 of trolley ownership:

Should you wish to make a warranty claim in the 2nd or 3rd year of trolley ownership you must register your product here within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible to pay shipping to and from the Dunlop National Service Centre.

Your purchase has a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects and the extended warranty does not affect your statutory rights **

Upon receipt the product will be assessed and if found to have failed within normal usage** the Dunlop

Service Team shall repair the product free of parts and labour charge in a reasonable timeframe.

*Warranty applies to UK mainland only.

To take advantage of the extended warranty (an extra two offered years) by Wizza Ltd, you are required to register your product here within 30 days of purchase.

Extra non-refundable carriage charges will apply to Highlands and Islands.

**To qualify for this extended warranty you must have register your product here within 30 days of purchase. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use against purchases made within the UK mainland only.

Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse, misuse or commercial use are not covered.

Any repairs carried out by non-authorized personnel will invalidate all warranties.

Consumable items are not covered under warranty.

List of consumable parts:

Wheels.

Tyres.

Bearings.

Hinges.

Battery chargers carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.

Fair wear and tear will be taken into consideration against any claim.

Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request an electronic proof of purchase. Warranties are non-transferable.
